Abstract

A fastening device includes a hook and a torsion spring. The hook includes a body, a buckling portion, two spindle portions and a holding portion. The buckling portion is formed on an end of the body to form a hook shape for fastening peripheral devices. The two spindle portions are coaxially set on two sides of the body. The holding portion is set on the body. The torsion spring includes two winding springs, two fixing portions and a tension arm. Each winding spring is sleeved on the spindle portion. Each fixing portion is extended from an end of each winding spring. The tension arm interconnects the other ends of the two winding springs and contacts to the holding portion. An electric apparatus employing the fastening device is also disclosed.
