Abstract
This invention provides an environment-monitoring system, consisting of a plurality of sensor nodes, and at least one gateway, one transmission unit, one central control center. The sensor nodes form a multiple hopping network structure for transmitting the environmental parameters of the monitored sites to the gateway. The gateway receives the environmental parameters from sensor nodes and compiles the data of the environmental parameters, and then sends the data out. The transmission unit is used to receive and transmit the data of the environmental parameters from the gateway. The central control center is used to receive the data of the environmental parameters transmitted from the transmission unit so as to perform the environment monitoring data analysis and to display it. By this way, the system can be conveniently used for monitoring various environments in a simply and easy way with best effects.
