Abstract
To provide a system for manufacturing a display device capable of eliminating floating substances in front of a filter. The system for manufacturing a display device includes: a working chamber for eliminating through the use of working fluid unnecessary portions of materials to be worked which are formed on a display panel; a floating-substance filtering unit for filtering floating substances which are crushed components of the materials to be worked contained in the working fluid, while exposed in the working liquid discharged from the working chamber; a filter for filtering the components of the materials to be worked contained in the working liquid, while exposed in the working liquid discharged from the floating-substance filtering unit; and a storage tank which stores the working liquid from which the components of the materials to be worked have been filtered out with the filter.
