Abstract

The present invention provides a system for testing thermotubes. The system includes a computer, a device for getting temperature, an I/O controlling device and a testing device. The testing device includes a radiating-end, at least one heating-end, and at least one corresponding copper billet, which is attached to the surface of the heating-end. The computer includes: a setting module for setting parameters; a selecting module for selecting modes; an obtaining module for obtaining temperatures of lower surface of the copper billet and all the testing points; a saving module for saving temperatures of all the testing points; a judging module for judging whether the heating-end is ready, and judging whether the thermotubes are salable products. A method for testing thermotubes is also provided. By utilizing the invention, accuracy and efficiency in testing thermotubes can be enhanced.
