Abstract

A manufacturing method of a rotor structure includes the steps of processing a metal plate to form a first patterned area, a second patterned area and a third patterned area, wherein the second patterned area is formed around the first patterned area and the third patterned area is connected to the second patterned area; forming a casing by processing the first patterned area; and bending the third patterned area to face to the casing along a joint line positioned between the second patterned area and the third patterned area to form a fan blade. A rotor structure is also disclosed, which includes a casing, a connecting portion and a fan blade. The casing is tubular and has a side wall. The connecting portion is extended from an end of the side wall of the casing. The fan blade is extended from the connecting portion.
