Abstract

A method and device to motorize louver adjustment of a shutter is disclosed. The method includes steps of: resetting the louvers to a home position; rotating the louvers toward the target angle; and calculating the deviation between the current angle and the target angle and actuating the required rotation even when there is new command input. The device includes an interface to receive command input; sensing means to detect at least a home position of louvers; driving means to rotate the louvers; and control means to calculate and control the driving means according to the home position and the target angle so that the louvers can be fast and precisely positioned to the target angle, and the users can operate them in a simple way.
