Abstract

A cutter provided with rotatable pliers comprises: a pivot, front end of which provided with two jaws of a pliers, while rear end of which extendedly defined with two press shafts, a step-shaped rotating disc, end face of which disposed a through slot for locating the press shafts, two first C-shaped retainers for the confinement of press shafts, an upper handle having an engagement portion, inner periphery of which being a semi-arcuate groove, at front end of upper handle mounted a connecting end face at which arranged a locating aperture for retaining the rear annular face of rotating disc, a second C-shaped retainer for the confinement of rotating disc, a lower handle pivotally fixed at a connection plate of two sides of upper handle, wherein the inner rim of the engagement portion of lower handle is also a semi-arcuate groove, so as to the engagement portions of the upper handle and the lower handle can respectively push against the press shafts of rear end of pliers, thereby enabling the jaw of pliers to randomly rotate while in use.
