Abstract

A melamine utensil with secondary ingredients and manufacturing method is presented. This utensil uses melamine powder/granule ingredients and the granule/piece melamine secondary ingredients that are already heat-pressed formed and constituted by an appropriate weight percentage to be a composite ingredient, where the granule secondary ingredient is formed with irregular, not of uniform size and various colors by use of the melamine ingredient that is a heat-pressed form, after smashing process, the small piece secondary ingredient is formed by use of melamine ingredient that is already heat pressed. Again using the composite ingredient to perform the manufacturing process of heat-pressed form, the shape and color of the granule/piece melamine secondary ingredient can be clearly shown on the surface of the utensil, to promote the decorative effect and the adding value of a melamine utensil. Also, in the heat-pressed form, the appropriate percentage of melamine powder/granule ingredient can be combined by heat pressed and closely stick the region between the melamine granule/piece secondary ingredients, to increase the structure intensity and hardness of the formed utensils, to avoid the drawbacks of easy ablation and break between the granule/piece melamine secondary ingredients due to being deficient in connection.
