Abstract

A method of manufacturing flexible sheet heater using conductive fabric as heat source includes the following steps that: a conductive fabric and a supporting member are prepared, in which the supporting member is composed of a PET (Polyethylene Terephtalate) membrane and acrylic adhesive attached to a surface of the PET membrane; and acrylic adhesive is adhered to a surface of the conductive fabric through the pressurization; the conductive fabric is stamped to become a heating element having predetermined circuit patterns; and after two ends of the heating element are respectively coated with conductive adhesive and adhered to a power wire respectively, the other surface of the heating element relative to the surface adhered with the PET membrane is attached with a flexible protective sheet made of thermoplastic material; and after removing the PET membrane, the other surface of the heating element relative to the surface adhered with the protective sheet is attached with a flexible protective sheet made of thermoplastic material to complete the fabrication of the flexible heater.
