Abstract

This invention provides an anti-reflection film has a surface roughness in maximum height (Ry) of 1.0 to 3.2 μm on its surface and a image clarity above 5%. The anti-reflection film is constructed by laminating a protective layer containing particles on a clear film surface, which clear film is made by cyclic olefin resins. The protective layer is obtained by photo curing a composition for protective layer formation, wherein the composition comprises an energy lines curable resin composition and an agglomerates having an average particle size of 50 to 600nm. The energy lines curable resin composition comprises (A) 40 to 60 weight % of poly-functional monomer having a surface tension below 37mN/m and having at least 3 acryloyl groups, (B) 10 to 60 weight % of a polymer made by addition reaction of acrylic acid to glycidyl (meth) acrylic ester polymer, and (C) 0 to 50 weight % of any other acrylic oligomer.
