Abstract

The invention concerns an adjustable-type foldable exercise device, which comprises a main frame, a support unit, a saddle unit and a handle unit. The support unit has a sleeve tube pivotally jointed with the main frame, and has a support rod capable of adjusting the height nested with the sleeve tube. The saddle unit straddles the supporting rod. The handle unit is pivotally jointed with the main frame, and can draw the saddle unit for supporting the human body upwards. Thereby, the support unit, the saddle unit and the handle unit are not only foldable corresponding to the main frame, but also capable of adjusting the height of the supporting rod. Thus, the height of the saddle unit can fit to the need of human body, so that the comfort for exercising may be enhanced.
