Abstract

The present invention provides a power supply circuit applied in reduce swing differential signal receiver, which comprises: a first switch including a first terminal electrically connected to a power source and a second terminal electrically connected to a positive power supply terminal of a receiver; a second switch including a second terminal and a third terminal electrically connected to a third terminal of the first switch at a first node; a third switch including a second terminal electrically connected to the first node; a fourth switch including a first terminal electrically connected to the power source, a second terminal and a third terminal electrically connected to a first terminal of the third switch thereby forming a second node; a fifth switch including a second terminal and a first terminal electrically connected to the power source, and a third terminal electrically connected to the second node; and a current source electrically connected to the second node, wherein turning on and turning off of the third switch are used to determine whether to supply power to the receiver or not.
