Abstract

A porous metal foam heat sink is disclosed. A hollow heat conductor is disposed on a base. The inside of the hollow heat conductor is filled with multiple sintered cooper particles. Two corresponding sides of the hollow cylinder are cut to form air-guide channels. Through the air-guide channels, a contact area between air and the sintered cooper particles and the air flow speed could both be increased, thereby achieving a better heat dissipation effect.
