Abstract

The present invention provides an aqueous color-removable ink composition for writing tools containing water, a basic dye the color of which can be removed by a reductant, and a color-removing assistant agent consisting of at least one compound selected from di-(long chain alkyl) di-(lower alkyl) ammonium halide. Sodium sulfite or potassium sulfite is preferably taken as the reductant.
