Abstract

A gas sealing body for continuously inflating gas and its manufacturing method are disclosed. At least one or two internal membranes separately coated with the heat resistance material are disposed between the two external membranes vertically stacked to form the gas sealing body through heat sealing. The heat sealing line, the heat sealing point and the gas channel in curved shape are respectively produced through heat sealing means. The gas sealing body is partitioned into the inflating channel and the plurality of gas columns by heat sealing line and the gas inlet is produced between the inflating channel and each gas column. The heat sealing points are disposed to the portion of the heat resistance material being coated to the internal membranes of the inflating channel. Since the heat resistance material is only coated to a surface of the internal membrane, the internal membrane coated with the heat resistance material would not contact another internal membrane or the external membrane. The internal membrane without coating the heat resistance material is in contact with the external membrane. While inflating gas, the inflating channel is inflated to drive the internal membrane and the external membrane of the heat sealing point to be pulled toward the two sides; thereby, the gas inlet of each gas column is opened to allow the gas to enter the gas channel between the gas inlet and the gas column. Since the gas channel is in curved shape, the gas can easily enter in and difficultly go out. After the gas column is inflated, the internal pressure of the gas column is increased to enable the internal membrane to block the gas inlet, thereby forming the automatic gas-blocking function. Moreover, when the internal pressure of the gas column is increased, the curved portion of the gas channel also bulges the external membrane to blockade the way out of the gas, thereby forming the automatic gas locking function.
