Abstract

The present invention is to reduce the noise resulted from the drain pump arranged in the air conditioner. The drain pump comprises a motor (10), a rotation impeller (100) connected with the output shaft (12) of the motor (10) and a pump housing (50) containing the rotation impeller (100). The rotation impeller (100) comprises the large-diameter blades (120), the small-diameter blades (140), the ring-shaped component (150) used to connect the outer periphery of the large-diameter blades (120), and the hollow disk component (160) connected with the lower end of the ring-shaped component (150). Besides, the lower end of the small-diameter blades (140) is arranged at the position that is only H1 distance closer to inner side of the pump housing (50) rather than the end face of the inlet (60) is. The projection area of the small-diameter blades (140) is designed to be the 60%~70% of the inner area of inlet (60) to restrain the water suction capacity to reduce the noise.
