Abstract
A method of manufacturing bamboo-charcoal polyurethane functional film is disclosed. The method of this invention comprises: steps of bamboo-charcoal solution preparation, polyurethane base solution preparation, mixing and de-foaming, coating, heat curing, releasing. Wherein the step of bamboo-charcoal solution preparation is to grain the bamboo-charcoal into fine particles of 300~ 500nm in diameter and then mix this power into polyurethane based solution. When the bamboo-charcoal solution is mixed with polyurethane solution homogeneously and de-foamed, it can be coated on a releasing substrate and then heated to cure. Bamboo charcoal power can be mixed into polyurethane with a proper ratio. Because the bamboo charcoal itself gives out a far infra red radiation of 4~14 μm together with its capability of de-odoring and increased anion content in air, the prepared functionized polyurethane film possesses better heat preservation capability and can also promote health for human body.
