Abstract
A multi-stepped gear type processing apparatus is disclosed, which is used for continuously compounding gas-containing objects in a critical state. The processing apparatus is provided with at least two-step gear type conveying sections having different sizes (conveying section with different capacities); a flow passage is provided between gear type conveying sections for communicating and conveying objects; pressure difference for gas compressing is controlled by the difference in fluid conveying capacities between two consecutive two-step gear type conveying sections, or the actual conveying capacity is maintained by the backflow of part of the conveyed fluid; and it is preferable to provide a plurality of paired gears between the above mentioned two consecutive two-step gear type conveying sections.
