The method and apparatus of generating high level oxygenated water solution by centrifugal processes. Stable and high concentration of oxygenated water was controlled and supplied via the novel concept of gas-liquid mass transfer mechanism, which provide the bubble free oxygenated water for some specific purposes such as drinking, disinfection, fish farming and so on. The whole system was composed by pure oxygen supply system, driving parts, water supply system, oxygen generator and controller.
