Abstract

The invention provides a test system of a cold cathode fluorescent lamp for testing electrical characteristics of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp. The test system comprises a control device, an AC power supply device, and a current detection device. The control device outputs a control signal having a voltage function of a test time. The AC power supply device receives the control signal and generates an AC power signal whose voltage corresponds to the voltage function during the test time, so as to drive the cold cathode fluorescent lamp. The current detection device is provided to detect the current of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp, and output a current detection signal. The control device generates current information of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp according to the current detection signal, and compares the current information with the voltage function to determine electrical characteristics of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp.
