Abstract

The invention is about a process for the nano-silver fabric through electro spinning filaments. The nano-silver fabric is made up of nano fiber through the process of electro spinning with polypropylene. Nano fiber is embedded with multiple nano-silvers so that part of the nano-silvers will be inside of the nano fiber, while the other part of the nano-silvers will be on outside. When making the nano-silver fabric, firstly, the nano-silvers need to be mixed with polypropylene to form a mixture, and then the mixture is held in the syringe. A high voltage source is connected to the syringe and a metal holder is close to the syringe. As the syringe is charged with a high voltage, the mixture of nano-silvers and polypropylene with the electronic charge will form a stream to be injected to the metal holder. The nano-silver fabric will be ready after it solidifies.
