This invention provides a fermentation tank with aerate type agitation function by which aerate-agitation is stably applied with a small amount of liquid and the fermentation efficiency is increased. The fermentation tank (10) of this invention is filled with a fermentation liquid (S) in the tank body (11) that have, a cover (13) and a bottom (15) provided respectively above and below the circular cylinder (12). By rotate an automatic-suction agitation blader (18) which is adapted at the center of the bottom (15) of the tank body (11) to conduct aerate-agitate the fermentation liquor (S) in the fermentation tank (10).
