Abstract
This invention provides a low heat contractility and high adhesive polyimide film characterized by the polyimide film formed by paraphenylenediamine, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether, pyromellitic acid dianhydride and 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, and surface free energy measured based on the contact angle method is 80mN/m or more, and heat contractility under 200 DEG C, 1hr is 0.10% and less.
