[In the general formula (1), A is nitrogen atom or phosphorus atom; R1~ R4 is alkyl group, phenyl group or benzyl group having less than 5 carbons and each are the same or different from each other; X- is inorganic anions or organic acid ions.] According to this method, (meta) acrylic esters having improved storage stability and thermal stability are prepared.
