The present invention provides a polarizer which includes a poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) film having a first surface and a second surface, a first triacetyl-cellulose (TAC) film and a second TAC film. Furthermore, the PVA film has a glass transition temperature (Tg), and the drying temperature of the PVA is lower than its Tg within 15 DEG C. The first TAC film is laminated to the first surface of the PVA film, whereas the second TAC film is laminated to the second surface of the PVA film. In addition, after the first and the second TAC films being laminated to the PVA film, the following drying process works at the temperature higher than the Tg of the PVA film.
