Abstract

This invention relates to a fabrication method for the main body of hand tool and the product thereof; the production process includes the following steps: pre-heating metal material, forging, surface-cleaning, and embossing. The cavities on the main body of hand tool due to de-carbonization layer can be concealed skillfully with the embossed treads so that there is no need of manual grinding. By this way, there will be a superior embossment quality and a lower defect rate, and a remarkably reduced cost, time, and labor due to the elimination of manual grinding. The cavities and the embossed treads on the surface of the main body of the hand tool will increase the friction between the surface of the main body of the hand tool and the hand of users so as to create the anti-slipping effect.
