This invention mainly uses a randomly generated security interface identifier and the main serial number shared by a network resource-managing mainframe and uses an unilateral security hash function to orderly output a plurality of security interface identifiers, and according to the opposite sequence of the formation of the security interface identifiers, the next security interface identifier is sent to the resource-managing mainframe to perform certification and registration. At the same time, the IPv6 stateless automatic address-setting protocol is provided to output a dynamic IPv6 network address. Because the interface identifier of the IPv6 address used in a client terminal mainframe is dynamic and different, a hacker cannot pretend a client terminal mainframe to damage the network resource-managing mainframe.
