Abstract

A manufacturing method of thin pushbutton of keyboard in an electronic product is disclosed, which is to glue UV-curing resin onto a thin-film layer. The UV-curing resin is filled into plural slot holes drilled on the front surface of a plate-like mold. The non-slot-hole region on the front surface of the mold is coated with a photoresist layer, and the UV-curing resin is instilled into it. Then a thin-film layer is pressed by a pressing means such as a round roller. Thereafter, UV light is projected from the bottom surface of the mold vertically, so that the UV-curing resin is cured and sticks onto the thin-film layer, but the portion covered by the photoresist layer keeps liquid-like, so the thin-film layer and the UV-curing resin can be picked out from the mold, and the liquid-like UV-curing resin can be removed by the ways such as cleaning so as to form a thin pushbutton.
