Abstract
The present invention is a high concentration of nano-silver gel solution and the manufacturing method thereof, and the gel solution of this invention comprises high ratio of silver particles having content about 1.5 wt% and average particle radius of nano-silver below 10 nm. This invention is to well mix silver salt, ion chelator, stabilizer, reductant, solvent and reaction promoter and to provide external heating source to raise reaction temperature, so as to accelerate to reach complete reaction. Among them, the special reaction improver and chelator together with the operation process of this invention can result in high-density silver in gel solution and effectively suppress aggregation of particles, so as to produce stable and extremely tiny particle radius of nano-silver gel solution.
