Abstract
The present invention relates to the automatic checking system and method for the components placement. The present invention is applied in the circuit design and the layout system having component database for performing the placement angle examination onto the components on PCB designed by the simulation of EDA tool in advance so as to make the placement angle of the components on the circuit board manufactured by the simulated PCB optimize. The category of the components to be checked is set. According to the set component category, the component corresponding to the component category is picked from the component database so as to simulate the placement angle of the component on PCB simulated by EDA tool. In addition, the position message of the component on the simulated PCB is obtained. The amount of each placement angle simulated by the simulation PCB is statistically calculated. Based on the statistical results, the components placed in the placement angle having the fewer amount is found. The position message, which is obtained according to the found component and the placement angle of the component simulated by message pick-up module, is provided for marking the component on the simulated PCB such that the user is capable of performing adjustment of the placement angle on the circuit board onto the marked component.
