Therefore, this invention provides a digital image anti-vibration system and method, which employs effectively seeking for the reliably total moving vector method, to overcome the unusual conditions faced in the practical picture taking, and to advance the compensation effect problem of position trajectory delay generated by the traditional compensation method.
