Abstract

The invention provides a low cost fuel pump unit device capable of being used commonly to fuel tanks of various types of engines by extremely simple component modification and component addition to single fuel pump unit device. A cover member 1 consists of a flange part 1a and an insertion cylinder part 2a projecting out of the flange part 1a. In a pump casing 2, an upper support cylinder part 1b is locked to the insertion cylinder part 2a of the cover member 1, and a fuel pump P is arranged in a lower pump storage cylinder part 2b. A pump delivery passage Pa of the fuel pump P is connected to a lower end 2c2 of a first fuel delivery port 2c formed in the pump casing 2 via a fuel pump connecting collar 10 in which a fuel flow passage 11 is formed. An upper end 2c1 of the first fuel delivery passage 2c is connected to a second fuel delivery passage 1c formed on the cover member 1. A pump holder 12 forming a bottomed cup shape is locked on a bottom of the pump storage cylinder part 2b of the pump casing 2, and the fuel pump P is fixed and stored in the pump storage cylinder part 2b by a bottom part 3a of a pump holder 12 and the fuel pump connecting collar 10.
