A conductive space S is formed between a primary pressure side opening 2 and a secondary pressure opening 3. A pressing part 12 capable of pressing in a first valve element 6 and a pressure receiving face receiving pressure of compressed air in the conductive space S are provided in one side of an adjustment piston 11 slidably arranged in an adjustment cylinder 4. Another side of the adjustment piston 11 constantly biases the pressing part 12 by a pressure regulating spring 15 in a pressing direction. When a second valve element 7 is operated over a certain amount of movement, an operating rod 16 can press the first valve element 6. The plug 33 for a constant pressure or a high pressure, and the plug 34 for a super high pressure can be attached to a coupler 9.
