The sound-receiving system comprises an array microphone, an analog/digital converter, and a digital signal processor. The analog/digital converter is electrically connected to the array microphone. The converter is used to convert the sound signal received by the array microphone. The digital signal processor can position and process the converted sound signal and can inhibit the noise and echo in the sound signal, so the transmission quality of sound can be elevated.
