Abstract

An environmental shapeable stacked aluminum foil and fabricating method for the same is disclosed; firstly an aluminum foil is provided, a gluing agent is provided on the surface of the aluminum foil, then a nylon layer is laminated on top of the gluing agent, and the other surface of the aluminum foil is provided with a heat sealing gluing agent, so that the stacked foil is formed; when pressing, the nylon layer can protect the aluminum foil from being torn or not being able to be shaped, and a shapeable concave section is formed on the heat sealing gluing agent layer by rapid cooling so that the stacked aluminum foil is formed as a container for accommodating medicines or other articles, and the open end of the container is provided with a relatively heat sealable cover film to achieve the object of storing articles; the heat sealing gluing agent layer and the nylon layer do not discharge harmful articles so the stacked aluminum foil conforms with the environmental need, and further to ensure medicines or other articles contained inside would not deteriorate; another fabricating method is that the heat sealing gluing agent is replaced by any one of PP, PS, PE or PET, and the cover film is coated with a relatively heat sealable gluing agent to achieve good effect of dual heat sealing, and the layer and the cover film do not discharge harmful articles either so effects of being environmental, shapeable, and not causing medicines or other articles deteriorate can be achieved as well.
