This invention provides a roller control structure, including: a pneumatic cylinder, a control valve, a first electro magnetic valve and a second electro magnetic valve. The pneumatic cylinder is connected to the control valve. The control valve is connected to the first electro magnetic valve and the second electro magnetic valve. Both the first electro magnetic valve and the second electro magnetic valve are single-coil electro magnetic valves. The first electro magnetic valve is connected to a regulating valve. The regulating valve can regulate the introduced air pressure. When the air in one atmospheric pressure passes through the regulating valve, it is first regulated into a lower pressure before entering the first electro magnetic valve so as to cause an active roller to elevate to a certain level. When the air does not pass through the regulating valve, such higher air pressure passes directly through the second electro magnetic valve. Because the air pressure is higher, it would cause the active roller to elevate to a higher level of stroke. The design of the regulating valve prevents the work piece from damaging during a single stroke and generating a great amount of noises.
