Abstract

An improved voltage-signal generating circuit includes a voltage selecting circuit and a control circuit. The voltage selecting circuit includes a first field effect transistor, a second field effect transistor, and a diode. The first field effect transistor has a source connected to a first voltage input, and a drain connected to a drain of the second field effect transistor. The diode is connected between the drain of the second field effect transistor and a second voltage input. The control circuit includes a bipolar transistor. The bipolar transistor has a base for receiving a first voltage control signal, an emitter connected to ground via a resistor for receiving a second voltage control signal, and a collector connected to a gate of the first field effect transistor. The first field effect transistor is turned on or off by controlling of the control circuit. And then the first voltage input or the second voltage input is selected, for generating a voltage signal in a source of the second field effect transistor.
