Abstract

This invention provides an engine rotation speed control device capable of injecting fuel in the quantity corresponding to the engine rotation speed and the engine load condition, and preventing the bad condition of engine without being influenced by the state of opening or closeing of a bypass air quantity control valve while inlet tube pressure is measured. The engine rotation speed control device of present invention comprises a bypass air passage (BA) provided on to the inlet passage of an engine (E) and bypassing a throttle valve, a bypass air quantity control valve (10) which adjusts the bypass air quantity of the bypass air passage by reciprocal motion of a plunger, and a control unit (1) which applies duty drive signal being synchronized with crank angle signal of the engine to the bypass air quantity control valve, and controls the open and close of the bypass air quantity control valve, wherein the control unit (1) is suck constituted that the valve open drive start signal is output while inlet valve is valve closed.
