Abstract

The present invention discloses an apparatus for non-centering molding glass preparation. This apparatus comprises a first mold insert, a second mold insert assembled along an axis correspond to the first mold insert, a sleeve and a ring kit assembled outside the first and the second mold insert. The second mold insert is made into stepwise cylinder like having a small diameter section, large diameter section and a shoulder between both paths. The ring kit is made from material which contains more than 90% of carbon, and positioned in between the small path and the sleeve and leaned against the shoulder. By using the ring kit of such assembly it may achieve the purpose of non-centering and precisely centering.
