The present invention relates to a capillary structure of heat pipe and a fabricating method for the same. Material of powder capillary structure is sintered into a three-dimension pipe having a pre-determined size. Then, the three-dimension pipe is disposed into a hollow section of a tube member. Then, the three-dimension pipe is tightly glued or sintered onto the inner wall of the tube member, so that the capillary structure of heat pipe is formed. The heat pipe fabricated by the above mentioned fabricating method includes a tube member and a capillary structure on the inner wall of the tube member. The capillary structure is composed by a three-dimension pipe that is sintered in advance, so that the present invention has advantages of saving working time and sintering heat pipe with powder.
