Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of recycling the fly ash in foundry industry. The collected fly ash is produced from the molding processes of four casting methods which are the Furfural sand system, water glass gravel, wet gravel system and shell grave classified depending on the molding technology. The recycling method is to mix one or several kinds of the fly ash proportionally to form the mineral admixtures which contain SiO2, Al2O3 and FeO to replace the expensive recycling methods of pozzolanic materials; furthermore, the method of recycling the fly ash can apply to concrete and CLSM (Controlled Low Strength Materials). As the result, the recycled fly ash can have better compressive strength and become a renewable resource to reduce or replace the use of concrete as being applied to construction or road works.
