Abstract

A nozzle for a dispenser for liquid crystal comprises a tube, a tip coupled to the tube and having therein a flow path through which liquid crystal is dispensed, a backflow preventing layer formed at an end of the tip for preventing liquid crystal from backflowing along an outer circumferential surface of the tip, and an electrostatic discharging means for removing an electrostatic charge generated at the tube, the tip, etc. A preset minute amount of liquid crystal may be dropped onto a substrate precisely and uniformly. Also, the amount of liquid crystal dropped may be precisely measured by an electronic scale, thereby enhancing a reliability of a process for dropping liquid crystal.
