Abstract

The present invention relates to a light guide plate with uniform light emitting efficacy, where the light guide plate comprises a light emitting surface, a reflecting surface at a position corresponding to the position of the light emitting surface, and a plurality of incident surfaces. A plurality of concave/convex light guides are formed on the light emitting surface where each light guide is either parallel or perpendicular to an incident surface. When a plurality of light guides are perpendicular to an incident surface, the closer a light guide to the incident surface, the lesser the concave/convex depth (height) of the light guide. Hence, the unnecessary reflections performed by any light source input from an incident surface perpendicular to a light guide can be minimized or eliminated without affecting the reflection guiding performed by any light source input from an incident surface parallel to a light guide.
