The present invention discloses a microarray biochemical reaction device, comprising a microarray and a microgroove. The microarray and the microgroove jointly form a microchannel, whereby fluid in said microchannel may pass through all probes provided in said microarray. Biochemical reaction probes are positioned in said microarray to form a probe array. A microfluid driving device is connected to the microchannel to introduce a reagent to said microchannel and the reagent is deformed into dispersed fluid drops. Driving the reagent back and forth in said microchannel, whereby the reagent passes through all probes to bring up hybridization reactions. According to this invention, hybridization of 5,000 probes may be realized using only 1 micro litter reagent.
