The present invention relates to a wall surface tile mounting method and device, wherein continuation nails are nailed into a surface of a wall in a spaced manner, followed by sequentially applying an adhesive layer, a buffering layer, and another adhesive layer to the wall surface so that the continuation nails that have been nailed on the wall surface may have free ends thereof extending into the buffering layers; a plurality of continuation pieces are fit into holes defined in holed tiles and the tiles are attached to the previously mentioned adhesive layer, whereby the adhesive layer provides an improved adhesion to fix the tiles to the wall surface and the continuation pieces extend into the buffering layer to form an interlacing relationship with the free ends of the continuation nails to thereby enhance attachability of the tiles to the wall surface.
