Abstract
The object of the present invention is to facilitate construction management by improving efficiency of a construction cycle time by preventing construction failure by continuously making a discharge quantity of sand from a casing pipe lower end constant. The solution of the present invention is that during or after a casing pipe 1 is driven up to the predetermined penetration depth, seawater is fed into the casing pipe together with sand, and at the time when the casing pipe 1 is being extracted, sand quantity and seawater quantity are adjusted so as to continuously discharge the sand from a lower end of the casing pipe. Thus, the relationship between internal pressure W of the lower end of the casing pipe and external pressure P of the lower end of the casing pipe is set to be P<W. Further, the sand quantity and the seawater quantity are adjusted so that water content at the time sand is discharged is 20-25% and an apparent degree of saturation is 80-148%. Mixing time of the sand and the seawater is set to 100 to 80 in sand input time when assuming seawater input time as 100.
