A cardboard box with sealing tape that can be removed or opened without using knife, which is composed of a cardboard box body and a tape-removing string device, both can be formed into one-single integrated part. The tape-removing string device is at least made of the same material as the outer layer of the box body; and the box is equipped with at least one of the tape-removing string device on each of its major sides. The tape-removing string device is sealed under the box sealing tape when the sealing tape is taped onto the surface of the cardboard box. When the pulling-part of tape-removing string device is pulled up, both the tape-removing string device and the sealing tape will be torn off at the same time. By this design, the sealing tape of the cardboard box can be removed or opened without using knife so that the fabrication can be quicker and its cost will be lower.
