The system includes a programming software (9) for constructing programs (10a, 10b), code holding means (2) for holding an encoded program (10a), storage means (6) for storing an encoded file (7b) of program (10b), a memory region (3) in which the program to be executed is to be spread, program executing means (4) for executing a program, and an examination device (1) in which the code holding means, the memory region (3) and the program executing means (4) are mounted, wherein the program executing means (4) includes program loading means (5). The program loading means (5) loads program (10b) in the memory region (3) from the storage means (6) during the action of the program (10a) in response to a calling command for the program (10b).
