Abstract

An optical image capture apparatus and manufacturing method is disclosed. A high-efficiency LED, a light sensor, and a specific-light-source blocking passivation layer are disposed on substrate-carrying semiconductor devices, and then packaged with a conductor and passivation layer that allows a light source with a specific spectrum to pass through and blocks the light from the other light source.
