Abstract
The present application provides a light-emitting polymer and method of forming the same to emit various lights by the selection of a repeat unit, and a light-emitting element using the light-emitting polymer. The light-emitting polymer includes a repeat unit comprising oxadiazole ring and skeleton adjacent to the oxadiazole ring, the skeleton is selected from the group comprising fluorene skeleton, benzene skeleton, naphthalene skeleton, pyrene skeleton, carbazole skeleton, dipyridine skeleton, thiophene skeleton, di(phenylamino)benzene skeleton, quinacridone skeleton, benzothiadiazole skeleton, pyridine skeleton and phenazine skeleton. The method of forming the light-emitting polymer is to react a dicarboxylic acid having the skeleton on hydrazine componud. The light-emitting polymer is used in the light-emitting element.
